1. Service Agreement

These terms govern the wedding photography services provided by Weddings In Focus. By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy.

3. Photography Coverage

We will provide professional photography services for the agreed-upon duration. Coverage includes ceremony, reception, and other specified events. We reserve the right to use our professional judgment in capturing moments.

4. Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within 4-6 weeks via online gallery. All images remain the intellectual property of Weddings In Focus, with usage rights granted to the client for personal use.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the wedding: 50% refund. Cancellations within 90 days: no refund. We recommend wedding insurance to protect your investment.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We maintain professional insurance and will provide backup coverage in case of emergency.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, venue restrictions, or government regulations.
